Brian Shiers is a mindfulness facilitator and meditation teacher based in California, USA. He has been teaching mindfulness and meditation for over a decade and has helped many individuals and organizations incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily lives.
Shiers received his training as a mindfulness facilitator from the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center (MARC) at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
As a mindfulness facilitator, He works with individuals, groups, and organizations to help them reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance their overall well-being. He teaches a variety of mindfulness techniques, including breath awareness, body scan meditation, and loving-kindness meditation, among others.
